Overview
Our refund and returns policy is covered by the Warranty Terms of specific electronic items sold. Only in case of a manufacturing defect of specific spare part & under warranty, we will consider return of spare part sold. Please note that any kind of tampering or damage to part (intentional or otherwise) will render void – both warranty and return option.
Returns & Refunds
Return Intimation
To initiate a return, customers must call or WhatsApp us with their Order Number and reason for return at +91 74398 09854.
Clear photos or videos of the product must be shared at the time of reporting. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Packing & Shipping cost cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Note: Cash refunds are not encouraged. Customers are advised to opt for alternative products wherever possible.
If a customer insists on a cash refund, please allow 3–4 weeks for processing.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed for equipment or spare parts sold. Customer should inspect purchased item to his/her satisfaction before leaving premises.
Shipping returns
To return your product (in case of Manufacturing defect), you should mail your product to our Office & Warehouse Address given in Home Page.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Force Majeure
Pinkus Tech shall not be liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or shortages.
General
Buyer may not assign this agreement without Pinkus Tech’s consent. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of West Bengal, India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Kolkata.
