PACKING & SHIPPING

Generally ordered items are packed & courier is booked with 24-48 hours of payment. Dispatch is done by next day of booking. We use professional packing staff to ensure that, during transportation by courier - 

No breakage or cracking of items, especially glass or plastic parts
No moisture or water seepage into package takes place
Easy tampering of package is not possible mid-way
Also we use re-usable packing materials as much as possible from environment conservation point of view.


PACKAGE TRACKING

Customers can track their parcel using the Tracking ID which is provided. Tracking facility is available in the courier website or thru their App. A tentative Arrival Date is also indicated by the Courier company. On 'Out for Delivery' day, customer should strive to receive the phone call on their Mob no provided to us & added in Courier Booking. If Delivery fails on Day 1, the local Delivery person will re-attempt delivery on subsequent day(s).
