PACKING & SHIPPING

We use primarily DELHIVERY Courier for all shipments. Only in case of Pincode/Address un-serviced by DELHIVERY, we will send shipment by DTDC or Tirupati Courier.

Our packing is done in-house by professional packing staff, so that parcel is intact & no damage occurs to parts during shipping, especially the fragile items like Headlights or Hall Sensors.

Generally ordered items are packed & courier is booked with 24-48 hours of payment. Dispatch is done by next (working) day of booking. We use professional packing staff to ensure that, during transportation by courier - 

  •     No breakage or cracking of items, especially glass or plastic parts
  •     No moisture or water seepage into package takes place
  •     Easy tampering of package is not possible mid-way
Also we use re-usable packing materials as much as possible from environment conservation point of view.


PACKAGE TRACKING

Customers can track their parcel using the Tracking ID which is provided. Tracking facility is available in the courier website or thru their App. A tentative Arrival Date is also indicated by the Courier company. On 'Out for Delivery' day, customer should strive to receive the phone call on their Mob no provided to us & added in Courier Booking. If Delivery fails on Day 1, the local Delivery person will re-attempt delivery on subsequent day(s). Generally your parcel will reach your doorstep in time estimate given by Courier company.

We will not be liable in the rare case that you refuse to accept the parcel. In that case parcel will be returned to our address by courier company. We can resend it if you want but Shipping cost has to be paid again.
