Overview
Our refund and returns policy is covered by the Warranty Terms of specific electronic items sold. Only in case of a manufacturing defect of specific spare part & under warranty, we will consider return of spare part sold. Please note that any kind of tampering or damage to part (intentional or otherwise) will render void - both warranty and return option.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed for equipment or spare parts sold. Customer should inspect purchased item to his/her satisfaction before leaving premises.
Packing & Shipping
We use primarily DELHIVERY Courier for all shipments. Only in case of Pincode/Address un-serviced by DELHIVERY, we will send shipment by DTDC or Tirupati Courier.Our packing is done in-house by professional packing staff, so that parcel is intact & no damage occurs to parts during shipping, especially the fragile items like Headlights or Hall Sensors.
Parcel Tracking
Generally your parcel will reach your doorstep in time estimate given by Courier company. You may track the same using the 13-digit Tracking ID printed below the Barcode in the DELHIVERY Booking Label shared in your WhatsApp.Once parcel reaches your city/town/village, pls receive call from last-mile delivery person & be available for receiving same.
We will not be liable in the rare case that you refuse to accept the parcel. In that case parcel will be returned to our address by courier company. We can resend it if you want but Shipping cost has to be paid again.
Shipping returns
To return your product (in case of Manufacturing defect), you should mail your product to our Office & Warehouse Address given in Home Page.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
