A. Since Jun 2022 we have begun servicing & repairs of Charging Stations/Equipment, Controllers & Convertors for 3W & 2W Electric Vehicles. That is key electronic components are serviced.
Q. How much time is required for Laptop servicing?
A. If it is a software issue, then we will deliver the laptop within 48 hours. If is a hardware issue, and if required part is in our stock, or no parts are needed - then the laptop will be delivered within 48 hours, else 3-4 days time is needed. See here for the list of issues.
Q. Will there be charges for analyzing the problem?
A. No, analysis of problem is free, and we will first provide a written estimate in detail.
Q. Can I bring my own part for fitting?
A. Yes, in that case we will charge for labor only. But warranty will be given by parts vendor only in such case.
Q. Is it safe to buy spare parts online?
A. Sometimes yes & sometimes no. If the part is misfit or damaged, replacing from online vendor will be very difficult. Especially if vendor is unknown. Hence we let our technical staff purchase spare parts from reliable wholesale vendors and return any bad parts, so that customer is not affected.
